Set up files, process, coordinate and schedule closings, close and fund mortgages and REO (Real Estate Owned properties) according to established regulations and guidelines. Ensure that all conditions have been met and all monies have been collected prior to the modification of the construction loan to a permanent loan; approve the HUD & modification after ensuring that all monies and documents are complete and accurate. Modify the loan within all systems (TMO & TCL) in the current month’s business. Calculate & prepare payoffs and per diem and complete the transaction in TMO & TCL.
