Lead designer in the Housing Group working in a “satellite office” in Geneva, IL. Responsible for providing preliminary and schematic design concepts for residential architectural products ranging from speculative homes to one of a kind custom home.
• Worked with many of the nation’s leading home builders in designing award winning, quality products in a wide variety of sizes and price points. KHOV, St. JOE for example.
• Responsible for taking clients program and desires and developing them into conceptual presentations using a variety of media.
• Demonstrate a firm understanding and knowledge of how the design of today’s home and its livability responds to the lifestyle of the modern Client. The use of Function, Layout and Sustainability are all means to this end.
