VOLUNTEER WORK
I served very actively on the Howard County Nutrition and Physical Activity Coalition in 2005 and several of us, me being one of them, successfully strategically effected the School Board to
drastically improve the food and drinks in cafeterias, vending machines and at games for the next five years.
I have taught stress management, particularly a powerful relaxation breathing exercise, to groups of substance abusers in recovery in Howard County for the past few years.
