o Flare Gas Recovery Designs for Ethylene plants

 Experience in Flare Designing and Study.

 Rating, Sizing, and Hydraulic Calculation of flare lines and PSVs.

 P&ID development for the Flare Area.

 Flare Equipment Datasheet reviews.

o Relief Valve Sizing and Calculations for various scenarios for oil and gas, and ethylene plants.

 In-house excel program was used to set-up each relief scenario.

 The scenario was justified and determined by calculating and simulating the relief loads cases on Pro II.

 Experienced in Direct Spring and Pilot-Operated PSVs.

 The orifice sizes were obtained from the consolidated valve book.

 Once line isometrics were available, the cases were re-evaluated for datasheet development and purchasing.

o Ability to develop P&IDs for Pumps and Turbine Auxiliary Equipments.

 Played an active role in developing the line tables and control valve summaries for about 250+ utility area P&IDs

 Responsible for creating Pump & Turbine Auxiliary P&IDs; assuring the line sizes, pipe classes, flange types, pump seal plans etc are all concise on vendor documents.

o Compute Cooling Water Network Hydraulic Calculations for using AFT Fathom.

 Ability to construct and run the AFT Fathom software.

 Capable of troubleshooting a model.

o Design and rating of Various Plant Utility lines in order to determine adequate line sizes.

o Experience in reviewing 3D plant model and HAZOP meeting.

 Interacted with the HAZOP team, Mechanical Group, Piping Group, and the Clients regarding any queries about vendor documents, models, and piping layout.
