My responsibilities include implementation and direction of Loss Prevention programs designed to protect company assets, detect internal/external losses, and reduce inventory shrinkage in multi-unit stores. This is achieved by training and coaching store associates on Loss Prevention and operational issues through audits, audit compliance and training meetings. Other responsibilities include hiring and training of Loss Prevention associates, Chairmen of Safety and Shortage Control Team. Responsible for maintaining S.O.P., support the store and Loss Prevention Teams and other Corporate Departments.

The company reaches consumers through 1100 retail stores in the United States. My role is to
achieve shrink objectives in 340 stores. This is achieved by development, implementation and
direction of Loss Prevention programs designed to protect company assets. This is accomplished
by detecting internal/ external losses and resolving the situation to reduce/ maintain inventory
shrinkage. This is achieved by working with and training field personnel on Loss Prevention and
Operational issues. Other responsibilities include specialized district and store manager training, developing and maintaining S.O.P., support the Loss Prevention Team and other Corporate Departments.
