Responsibility:

1. Counting the quantity of the bulk which will be inspected when arrived the factory. And comparing whether it have enough finished products with client’s booking.

2. According to AQL standard, decide how many pcs products need to inspect. And according the factory’s packing list, taking them out from some cartons.

3. Inspect the garment’s quality: find out the defected workmanship, the packing, the measurements, the design, some times also need to check the weight, and so on.

4. Then divide the defects sort: which is major and which is minor.

5. Taking the pictures of this defected products. And counted how many defects pcs.

6. Then write the inspect report and ask the factory principal to signature on the report. And tell them all about the defects that have found. And ask them to change it in future.

7. Making the electron reports and sending it to the client in time.

8. After the client read the electron reports, he will decide whether we need re-inspect.

9. Some times also need to inspect the fty producing ability before the client give them orders.
