Senior Systems Engineer

Worked as a core packaging engineer in a project EPE (Enterprise Product Engineering) with all responsibilities of the packaging process and provided the services by creating various types of packages for the users of the Organization. Provided level 4 support to the production packages and involved in the client calls regarding various products for which we need to discuss the technical issues with vendors. Played a key role as a SME on all packaging applications and given knowledge sharing sessions to the team.
Worked on a project called “eSupportActions”, which is effectively and widely used in the organization. This project provides an interface to the user who doesn’t have Admin rights and allow him to install the application. User needs the installation URL, which was generated by eSupport tool. eSupportActions project is reducing the usage of Tivoli and other deployment tools by allowing the users to install the application into their machines.
Worked with few other projects like Call Centre Engineering and transition project of Merrill Lynch.
