• Led the cross functional team alignment, formal design & documentation of the online & offline portal processes to support the Lucent portal (internet & intranet) simplification project. The project target was to create $250M+ in incremental revenue and cost savings for the business.

• Supported the replacement of 100k+ static, dated pages with 15k dynamic pages of content, providing 70% speed improvement & 50% lesser effort to produce, upload & maintain content by decreasing process complexity, associate touch points, deploying new platforms & increasing automation.

• Co-led the business case design for online sales (conservatively estimated to be $300M of additional revenue). This involved, scoping the opportunity, discovering & addressing internal constraints (system, process, cultural, compensation, etc) and presenting to senior leadership for final approval.
