Science in Computer Information Systems program of study from DeVry University. I have done several
reality based labs and investigations as part of coursework with forensic tool kits. I have the ability to
plan a day based on tasks, execute scripts and scripted procedures, use software applications and tools,
pack and maintain equipment, tools, and kits for data acquisition, create reports and documentation
detailing findings and discoveries. I am very aware of legal and ethical issues surrounding forensics. As a
technician has correctly diagnosed and removed viruses and corrected malicious software related
application and operating issues. At DeVry, has both worked with teams and performed as team leader on
several different group team projects with responsibilities including planning and conducting meetings,
tracking project progress, and creating presentations that highlight the completed team project.

DeVry University, Bachelor Science in Computer Information Systems, focus on computer forensics.
Utilized forensic tool kits in analysis of realistic lab simulations and examples of evidence. Studied
Windows XP, Windows 7, Linux, operating system environments. Created and developed code for

Supporting McKesson/U.S. Oncology Network as a help desk analyst. Duties include: Active Directory
management, password unlocks and resets; McAffee Endpoint Encryption Management; Citrix Xenapp
troubleshooting; MS Office application support; MS Exchange and Outlook support; supporting mobile
smart devices including Blackberry, iPhone, iPad, Samsung Galaxy 2, and Android based devices;

cryptography management for secure devices. Responsiblities included the role of information assurance
and information security officer. Held a Secret clearance.
