I am directly responsible for the Engineering and Design work for specific projects. My experiences include designs for commercial and industrial facilities. All design layouts and facilities complied with current codes and standards (i.e., IBC, IFC, IMC, ANSI, OSHA, etc.), Fire & Life Safety Regulations and company standards; identifying and compiling pertinent specifications for the working packages related to the construction of new and existing facilities. Analyze all aspects of contract agreements and specification requirements that govern and control direct operations. My skills also include developing scope of work, establish design criteria, prepare material and construction specifications. Check vendor data and other disciplines drawings, prepare preliminary and final designs and material take-offs for estimate, prepare applicable sections for material procurement, subcontracts, and permit activities, provide field assistance as required, provide guidance to other engineers, project closeout activities, development of department standards and procedures. Also prepare code analysis for Fire marshal submittals for permitting. Extensive design work and computer experience. (MicroStation – 3-D Architect AutoCad R10 thru R2008, Bentley- Rebis).

Select required materials required for Arctic environmental design. Prepare Code Analysis and Narrations for submittal as part of Fire Marshall Permit Package. Develop two new drill sites on the North Slope of Alaska for ConocoPhillips. Facilities consisted of 10 modules, consisting of Hydrocarbon processing, Remote Electrical Instrumentation, Temporary Living quarters, and storage facilities. Utilized Bentley AutoPlant and AutoCAD to design 3D models and 2D construction drawings for steel structures and modularized oil drilling facilities meeting Alaskan codes suitable to the arctic environment; utilize SAP (for client documentation purposes), prepare reports and estimates, review specifications, plans, and construction schedules.
