Objective

I became interested in the field of sports medicine and orthopedics after suffering two knee injuries playing football in high school which led to the loss of scholarship offers from numerous college programs. At first I had a desire to be a Physical Therapist and rehabilitate athletes like myself who were injured and wanted to get back on the field. As time went on, I then realized I would be able to do more good and accomplish what I wanted as a Physician Assistant than I would as a Physical Therapist.

Sports and exercising are the passions in my life. I love knowing what it takes to be an athlete and knowing what it takes to get weekend warriors, seasoned veterans or every day handymen back to doing what they love to do. I feel that these qualities would make me an instant fit into your orthopedic practice. I am aware of my strengths and my weaknesses and I am looking forward to improving on them both in the future.
