• Project Manager in charge of the erection and on-site fabrication for a $250,000 custom project that was constructed of Core 10 type 2 steel.

• Supervise the on-site fabrication and erection of the Sequence 1 Dunage framing, and Sequence 3 Library steel and Dunage framing for Walter Reed School in Arlington, VA.

• In charge of fabrication of all steel (i.e., beams, columns, tubular frames)

• Operated 7260 American Crane with 150 ft of boom and 28,000 lb capacity. Performed track adjustments; swing and hoist brake adjustments; replacement of transmission; Inner and Outer Bail Chives; as well as hoist and boom cable maint. and replacement.

• Operation and Repair of a DP-70 Caterpillar LTR 3500, T100 Sellick forklifts, and an 863 Bobcat.

• Repair and Fabrication of DOT bumpers; Trailer hitches and yokes; Truck frame and flatbed floor replacement of two 4700 DT 466 International flatbed and trailers.
