• Supervised three developers and one analyst as manager for 20,000 member mega-church.

• Forecasted and managed $500,000 annual development budget.

• Responsible for setting priorities according to strategic plan. Met with ministry departments to determine needs and requirements. Over 100 ministry departments.

• Implemented new WEB based church database, included training for 200 staff/volunteer members.

• Led cross function teams responsible for many enhancements for the church database and user interface including design, QA testing, and training. WEB based application using .NET C#, SQL server.

• Projects included decentralized child check-in system for the South Barrington campus. Results included increased security, time savings, and improved reporting capabilities. Implemented modified software at several other locations that required a different front end check-in solution using biometrics (finger scanning).
