• I used Solidworks 2007-2009 to design aerial boom systems for truck chassis, insulated boom covers, weldment brackets, misc. sheet metal, hydraulics, and aluminum parts.

• Also use Solidworks to develop manufacturing prints for production.

• Solidworks was used to design thermoformed insulated covers for booms.

• 3 years experience GD&T and 1 year experience DFM.

• Participated in Kaizan events as well as lead a few cost reduction projects.

• I was the Innovator of the insulated locking control handle. I designed, modeled, prototyped and pushed this unique design to production. As a result, this product is due to be patented.

• I was a Solidworks trainer and educator to the product development engineering group.
