• Scored highest grades while contributing to the group website which included news reporting on TV, radio and newspaper implying the ‘Inverted Pyramid’ - format for live reporting on Hard news.

• Topped the batch in Multimedia Journalism module while researching and critically evaluating communication process where in information is created, disseminated and used in key social issues of the information society such as surveillance, privacy and social exclusion.

PROJECT COORDINATOR (Oct’07-Oct’10) • Headed the department, responsible for complete project management, which included book keeping records for the organization and sponsors, project reports for Government and private entities.

• Developed content for information leaflets; reviewed and edited drafts of correspondence reports and manuals for mass distribution.

• Liaison with government entities for project plans and fund sanctions which included presenting and maintaining a positive public image of organization.

• Proactively developed client outreach strategies by creating and implementing service announcements.

• Executed relation building strategies while working with clients, sponsors and key stakeholders.

Society • Induced novelty in the system by creating self help groups which reduced expenditure and workload on Shivas Education Society.

• Interfaced the target groups and the government representatives which smoothened the survey cycle and saved a substantial capital earlier spent on ground surveys.

• Introduced Adverts during project execution which saved time spent on propagation of the organization’s mandate.

• Held events like seminars, exhibitions, thematic meets, road shows in far flung rural areas in order to connect beneficiaries with Shivas Education Society.

• Acted as the key participant for preparing grant’s proposal formulation, public relation and prospect research.

• Was responsible for substantive editing, requiring critical sense and intuitive evaluation of factual accuracy and consistency of information.

Freelance • Selected as a communication interpreter by Director Communication for the WORLD STEEL 46, Conference 2012-13 to be held at New Delhi for duration of 7 days.

Other Achievements

• Won extempore debates in High school for inter public school competition at Mayo College Ajmer.

• Won inter house declamations and debates in High school.

• Won two bronze and a silver medal at Delhi Nationals for my school in (show jumping) Horse riding.
