• Create and manage the owner’s occupancy of the building.
• Negotiated a $1.5 million change order resulting in a $600,000 savings.
• Eleven months after joining the project the administrative problems were under control and the contractor was looking afresh at the site issues and supplied the team required to finish on time, budget and ready for hospital occupancy.
