Trained and knowledgeable in clinical procedures including but not limited to:

• Specimen collection and handling

• Manual and automated procedures in hematology

• Chemistry and coagulation

• Ability to examine the physical, chemical and microscopic properties of urine, blood and other body fluids.

• Confidence to perform immunohematology, serology and microbiology tests, workups and reporting of results.

• CPR and HIPAA certified

• Coordinated with the shipping and receiving personnel on special instructions, discrepancies, and material

movement.

• Performed clerical work and administrative duties, otherwise relieving supervisors, managers &

procurement/logistics departments of routine administrative responsibilities.
