Rudy has been involved in a variety of roles in the construction industry since 1970.
Rudy is currently Project Manager for the East Windsor Board of Education’s six school $62 million additions/renovations program.
Rudy was previously the Project Manager for a $12 million phased renovation and addition project at the Central Regional High School in Bayville. This project includes 80,000 sf. of new construction, and 40,000 sf. of alterations to occupied facilities.
During his 32 year career in construction, Rudy has been involved in all facets of the industry, including estimating, purchasing, subcontractor coordination, production schedules, payroll, invoicing, change order negotiation and owner/architect correspondence.
Rudy’s specific roles have included Project Manger, Senior Project Manager, Superintendent, General Building Contractor, and Construction Manager.
Rudy offers a wide variety of project experience – particularly in ongoing, operating facilities. Some example projects include:
o Pt. Pleasant High School, Pt. Pleasant, NJ, plus numerous other school projects in the range of $20m – $100M
