To witness, inspect Penetrant and Magnetic particle testing.

To interpret Radiography films.

To witness of Ultrasonic testing.

WELDING:

Review of Material Test certificate and filler metal batch certificate as per project requirement.

Inspection of fit up, root, visual, final inspection, preheat, post heat and inter pass temperature during welding as per the relevant WPS.

Inspection of cleaning during each welding process.

PIPING:

Inspection of piping materials as per project requirement

Inspection of positive material identification as per project requirements.

Inspection of pipelines as per approved and relevant drawings.

Witnessing of loop Hydro test, pneumatic test.

Witness of post welds heat treatment.

CURRICULUM PROJECT:

Fabrication Bottle Cooler.

In this cooling process employs the different methods to cool the air. But considering the lower application and cost effective the bottle cooling system is considered for our project. The main aim of our project is to supply the cooled air with the help of water circulation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitoring Welding activities, NDT, Mechanical activities, Material Inspection, and related documentation.

Carrying out the welding inspection before, during and after welding operation as per approved test plan, relevant engineering drawing, international standard and project specification

Visual and NDT for Welding at different stages. .

Monitoring stage wise completion and reviewing final documents.

Monitoring safe handling of NDT&Welders

Interaction with Production & Design Dept. on quality related issues.

Perform detailed interpretation of the NDT results on customer components manufacturer specifications.

Managing all test reports / certificates / records and keep all in a good filling system

Evaluation of test package content (drawing, welding history, NDE coverage etc)

Coordinating with contractors, clients.
