Profile
A construction professional with 12 years experience, Mr. Shirvani serves as Pre-Construction Manager, Cost Estimator, Scheduler and Project Manager on complex projects for federal and municipal agencies, as well as private development projects.

This $160 million project includes 653,000 square feet of high-rise building, with 26-stories cast in place concrete structure, precast exterior façade, and 14 elevators.
This Five-Star hotel complex boasts 151 guestrooms, 53 exclusive high-end residences ranging from four million to ten million, a world class spa, two fine dining establishment, an opulent ballroom, a bar, a wine bar and wine storage facilities, a fitness center, an elevated pool and amenity decks, an underground parking, 17,000 square feet of meeting space, a library, and residence and hotel concierges.
This project has been delivered at a Guaranteed Maximum Price delivery method, at an overall schedule of 27 months.
Role: Project Manager and Resident cost negotiator for 52 custom condos with interior construction build-out cost of approximately $23 million.
Al-Farooq Masjid

A new three-story 52,000 square feet mosque in downtown Atlanta directly off 14th street and Atlantic Station. This building includes traditional Islamic design, two large metallic colored domes and a 130-ft high minaret. This building has a full basement with lecture halls, a large kitchen and two-stories of formal pray areas all linked with state of the art Audio/Visual system. The building is mostly steel structure and has ornate finishes such as custom lighting, stone interior facade, brick exterior facade, and painted ornamental domes. This building also has outdoor recreation/pray areas, three-story parking garage and an underground detention pond.

A new one-story senior center in Fairburn, Georgia built for the County of Fulton. This building’s structure is a combination steel and heavy architectural timber construction with full commercial kitchen, exercise facility, computer lab, dining area, and parking facilities.

Moody Air Force Base, 120 Person Dormitory
Valdosta, Georgia
Design/Build $16 million
This project is a United States Army Corps of Engineers project, which includes construction of a three-story dormitory facility consisting of three buildings connected by covered walkways at each level. Building structure generally consists of PAAC panels with brick veneer. Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection requirements in accordance with UFC 4-010-01 standards were incorporated in the building and site design throughout. The project is designed and built to achieve a minimum LEED Silver rating in accordance with the LEED - NC, Version 2.2, Green Building Rating System. The project heating and cooling utilized a geothermal heat exchange system.
Role: Preconstruction Manager responsible for buy-out, negotiations and contract procurement.
Moody Air Force Base, TF-34 Engine Shop

Design/ Build $6 million
This project is a United States Army Corps of Engineers project. The scope of work includes the design, site preparation and construction of a permanent Centralized Intermediate Repair Facility (CIRF) for the maintenance of TF-34 Jet Engines to support the BRAC directed bed down of 48 PAA A-10 Combat Coded Fighter Aircraft and the establishment of the CIRF at Moody AFB. This facility required a high-bay direct engine maintenance work area with overhead cranes and other areas such as a parts supply room, a tool support room, a wash bay/loading dock, staging areas, a bearing room, a grinding room, and an administrative suite area. Supporting facilities include parking, concrete pavement, sidewalks, water, sewer, electrical service, fire alarm systems, storm drainage, erosion control measures, information systems and landscaping.

Ft Stewart Brigade Headquarters

This is a United States Army Corps of Engineers project, which includes the design and construction of a 55,000 square feet brigade headquarters building with Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) area. To build this headquarter, an 18,000 square feet temporary building is to be constructed in a three month schedule prior to the demolition of three existing asbestos infested buildings which are currently in place of the proposed headquarter location.
