Electro chlorination is the main process. Chlorination is the process of adding chlorine to water as a method of water purification. Electro chlorination is the process whereby an electrical current is used to convert sodium chloride solution to sodium hypochlorite or chlorine.

NC 50 (Noble Chlor 50), NC 100 (Noble Chlor 100) are the two products used to prepare the solution. NC 50 is a 70 liters FRP tank , NC 100 is a 140 liters FRP tank. In this the sodium hypochlorite solution is created by using electrolysis. The tank contains electrode assembly .Anode is made of Titanium with MMO coated material and the Cathode is made of Titanium Mesh. The electrode unit is connect to Transformer Rectifier (TR) unit.positive to anode, negative to cathode. The batch is run for 8 hours. 70 liters of water with normal salt (NaCl) of 2.5 Kg is added in FRP tank. The DC Voltage and DC Current are measured for every 1 hour. After 8 hour the prepared solution is drained and stored in a tank. The solution is mixed with water by Dosing pump. The water contains 0.2 ppm of chlorine. In this I have measure the voltage and current and rectify any over voltage or over load problem .
