More than Seven year experience as Shop Manager cum Unit Manager of Vishva India Import Company biased (A big Importer company of Santiago) on Santiago (Chile) in South America.

Job responsibilities were:

To handle and manage whole 10 to 15 persons staff (Indian and local) of 5 branches (retail and whole sale).

To collect and maintain records of daily sale of all branches.

To handle all bank related responsibilities like daily deposits, loans, repayments, ITRs etc.

To communicate with all exporters, accountants, retailers and customers on every level.

To maintain whole details related products like quantity, quality, short or enough, something what new saleable in market is required.

To maintain all hard and soft documents, mails, MIS, accounts, checkbooks, passports and required documents of Indian staff.

To maintain records of all details of staff like working hours, days, salaries etc.

To handle maintenances, rents, bills and other compliances of all shops.

To present at the time of containers were downloaded. And make arrangement for proper storage and security for all downloaded goods and articles.
