Senior Structural Engineer - Station and Facilities Structures

Support structural design activities associated with the stations & facilities of the Dulles Corridor Metro rail Project-Metro Rail Extension to Wiehle Avenue, the $1.2 billion new construction project of five metro stations.

Dulles Corridor Metro Rail Projects, Vienna-Tyson, Virginia:

Prepared engineered design drawings, design and construction specifications, engineering calculations, studies & reports to support design/build project. Monitored and controlled engineering scope, plans, schedules and budgets for assigned work. Participated and incorporated constructability reviews, visited the client, jobsite, and consultant offices to support the projects needs. Coordinated technical day-to-day work of the designers, drafters & other discipline engineers within their respective groups

Design and construction administration of projects range from high end residential house 3-5 million to 30 million dollar high school, sea walls, large ships berthing system and loading bridges (Quinn Mary 2, Maersk) and hi-rise apartment buildings.
