• Architectural Designer – worked as Assistant Landscape Architect / Construction Superintendent
Facilitated the oversight of a $700 million dollar new condominium project set on a 1.6 million gross square foot site consisting of over 700 units and underground parking.
• Assisted the Senior Architect on 23 acres of landscaping designs, installation and scheduling for all phases of construction on common grounds¬¬ as well as on the terraces.
• Responsible for designing the landscape for 7 buildings (out of 11); each having a total number of 7 floors; each floor requiring unique landscape designs.
• Personally designed two fully landscaped green roofs. Multi-award winning project received "LEED silver standards" and awards for "One of the top architectural achievements in AZ" by AIA and AZRE magazine; "The Cresordia Award"; "Best of 2008 awards for Landscape/Urban Design/Residential"; and "2009 Design Award" by AIA.
• Collaborated with subcontractors to ensure scheduling was coordinated.
• Assumed the role of Landscape Architect in his absence.
