I am an enthusiastic and dedicated professional with extensive experience across all areas of full life cycle staffing & recruitment, employee relations, training, compensation, intelligence analysis and counterintelligence agent duties. Described as a rare breed of recruiter, I hailed from the Intelligence community and have remained in the NOVA area for the last several years. I have contacts most couldn’t dream of and contacts within the government worldwide. A proactive individual with a logical approach to challenges, I perform effectively within a highly pressurized working environment. Bottom line is I have the connections and I get the job done and the positions filled.
OBJECTIVE
To obtain a full time position in the federal contracting arena and/or intelligence community as a recruiting team member or Senior Technical Recruiter that will best utilize my intelligence and recruitment experience.
