Process engineer

Conducted new process development and troubleshooting of existing processes. Main responsibility was the “operational ownership” of all manufacturing processes, as well as all products during their manufacturing lifecycle.

Driving improvements in all manufacturing processes, including those related to products, equipment, human interface and materials design and quality:

• Evaluated options for pallet usage during Wave operation. Organized and validated existing Wave tooling. Wave quality defects were reduced by 80% for several assemblies.

• Took part in the creation of “Standard Oven profiles”. As result, soldering quality was improved and reduction in time for process set up was achieved.

Utilization of related metrics including: production quality, efficiency, capacity, cycle times, and capabilities. This process allowed identification of “assemblies-offender” and preventing the defective pattern issue for future builds.
