• Patent prosecution docketing support experience including client notifications regarding upcoming deadlines related to converting provisional applications, foreign filings, national phase filing and broadening reissues.
• Document business practices used to perform filing of new applications, status request inquiries, assignments, IDSs, as well as, processing notice of allowances, preparing 312 amendments, paying issue fees, and performing related patent docketing procedures.
