As a Help desk Support specialist I have a wide range of responsibilities. One of my roles is troubleshooting students with any questions they have regarding connecting to the network, MS Office Suite, and Black Board. I also created user manuals for MS PowerPoint on a Mac and to teach students and professors how to use Turnitin.com. I also assisted the techs with reimaging computers as well as the installation of printers and many other programs on the schools network.

As a security guard I periodically patrolled buildings and grounds of commercial establishments. I was also responsible for examining doors, windows, and gates to determine that they are secure. As well as observing departing personnel to guard against theft of company property, I also kept a daily log to record time of inspection trips as well as incoming packages and building guests.
