Maintained our Anti-virus software (Etrust) for the entire company.

Ensured that all servers, workstations, laptops, etc were installed with the software.

Updated all server, laptops, destops, etc to have current signature update

Troubleshoot “broken” (servers/ laptop that couldn’t receive updates/automatic installs

Fix the “brokens”

Work hand and hand with Tech Supports from CA on challenging tasks out of our support.

Managed and trained a team of ten employees to do basic troubleshooting steps for this software.

Quarantined new virus and sent to Tech support to be analyzed/fix to be included in the next signature.
