Hello, My Name is Jack Julfayan and I am applying to the available position.

I have over 9 years of extensive experience and knowledge as a real estate executive assistant. I Started My Career as an Executive Assistant to a CEO/ Commercial Broker with Prudential California Realty in Glendale, Ca. in 2000. I personally handled everything for this broker both professionally and personally; from writing real estate forms, communicating with clients, calendar, event planning, traveling, and personal events.

In 2002 I received my California Real Estate Sales Persons License so I may write CAR forms, negotiate contracts, discuss prices, prepare listing agreements, and real estate forms. I also managed the executive’s transaction coordinator. In 2004 the Executive transferred to New York and did not require an assistant; therefore I had an opportunity to pursue a career in retail sales in wireless from 2004 to 2005. Retail Sales gave me extensive customer service experience and I also worked my way up to Manager. In 2005 I realized my true calling and passion was as an executive real estate assistant so I went back to what I love doing the most.

My most recent position was as an executive assistant to a CEO, Co-Owner for Keller Williams Realty in Glendale, Ca. from 2005 to August of 2011. The Brokers specialized in commercial and residential properties. This is my true passion and what I do best. I believe you have to do everything in life with a passion, especially a job. To me a job is more of a Lifestyle, You have to believe it, live it and make it your lifestyle, this way you are the best you can be no matter what you do. This is why I returned as an Executive Assistant, it is my lifestyle and I do everything in life with a passion.
