Collections Specialist Pilot Program

06/2002-02/2003 TCF Bank Minneapolis, MN

I was hired to start off a pilot program of collecting on overdrawn checking accounts, delinquent auto loans and delinquent mortgages for TCF Bank. We called the customer to initiate payment arrangements on delinquent accounts and initiate repossessions on auto loans and foreclosure on severely past due mortgage loans. The program ended the company decided to outsource those collection proceedures.
