• Involved in writing functional design and detail design documents for all order processing,

web site, small package, customer satisfaction and donation systems.

• Generate all of the detailed specification documents that were handed out to the programmers for the completion of the programming tasks. This included new online screens, reports, update programs and modifications to existing programs either to correct a problem or to provide an enhancement.

• Work with the programmers to resolve any issues and to provide help whenever necessary.

• Responsible for the testing of all new programs and program enhancements done by the

programmers.
