Projects – 135 Emerson Place: Interior 3D modeling and rendering, interior elevations.
Responsibility – Collaborate with team members to create 3D models of typical kitchen layouts and bathroom layouts for presentation. Researched and ordered all possible material samples to be used in kitchens and baths.
SBLM Architects, P.C., Freelance Interior Design - NYC, NY: April 2008
Projects – Saks 5th Avenue Office Renovation: Construction documents.
Other – Century 21 Department Store Renovation: Interior elevations, wall section details, door & window schedule, RCP.
DHK Architects, Inc., Freelance Interior Design - NYC, NY: Oct. 2007 – March 2008
Projects - Yankee Stadium Train Station: Material and color selection.
Responsibility - Created 3 possible color/material options for presentation to MTA. Researched and ordered samples of all materials to be used, conducted 3D fly-through of Google SketchUp model at several MTA meetings, created the 3D SketchUp model and presentation images of the final color/material option chosen by MTA.
