Turbine compressor and pump trouble shooting and function test.

Configurations of radar level Rosemount (TDR-3300) and SAAB radar level transmitter.

Responsible for leading a team of Instrument Technicians involved in loop checking.

Equipment ranged from field Instrument to DCS & ESD systems. Involved in preparation of

Loop dossiers, submission to QC department for approval; carry out loop checking with a team

Of technicians. Instrument Involved are pressure, Flow, Level & Temperature, control valve and

Local controllers. Systems involved are Yokogawa, Trico nix, Bentley Nevada, and Honeywell. Also involved with

Different types of Control valves and MOV’s.

Responsible for completion of targeted number of loops per day and meet the completion date as per the schedule. Convincing the client, close coordination with client and sub-contractors during project.

Complete track record of the loop folder flow, reviewing the folder. Coordination with the QC for the overall good relation with the client & the Subcontractor. Handling the critical situation of keeping the pace in the loop check in order to meet the target. Performing the priority loops during urgency performing the loop integrity after disconnection of power supply to the instruments.
