Regional Property Manager

 Regional Property Manager of 10 properties operating under several subsidy programs

 Daily operations and functions of a 38 unit high-rise property located in downtown Indianapolis participating in HUD Shelter Plus Care program and Section 42 program

 Collaborated with managers to design and implement targeted property development strategies

 Created and administered budgets; tracked expenses; closely monitoring and achieving budgeted financial performance benchmarks including income, NOI, expenses and collections;

 Preparation and review of various reports including payables, delinquencies, daily occupancy, marketing surveys, grant preparation and submittal, and state compliance reports

 Maintaining compliance of Section 42 program, HUD, HOME funding and Bonds funding

 Cultivated and maintained excellent ongoing relationships with Owners, providing communication, expertise and consistent superior service to ensure continued satisfaction and increased management contracts and business

 Submittal of Section 8 Housing Assistance payments through the Tenant Rental Assistance Certification System and working closely with Third Party Contract Administrators of State and HUD Federal programs

 Hold daily conference calls, weekly meetings and site visits to track and troubleshoot progress frequently creating action plans

 Supervision of onsite staff hiring, disciplinary actions, performance reviews, compliance and et cetera
