• Project Description- The program includes due diligence and understanding of the JDSU IT environment and applications spread across various technologies viz. Oracle apps, Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence. The program involves interaction with Corporate Finance team including VP and CIO of Finance to provide IT project leadership to translate strategic business needs into practical architecture and budgeting / reporting solutions. It also includes regular interaction with the JDSU manager, application users belonging to different department and divisions of JDSU for execution of detailed plan related to financial accounting systems to support the existing IT system addressing all the technical, functional and production issues.

• Project Description-The primary objective of Program SWIFT is the IT & Data separation for Ford Motor Company. This is to separate the Ford business viz Jaguar & Land Rover (JLR) from the existing environment. This has 500+ applications from various technologies viz. Oracle, Java, Microsoft, Mainframe and DWH Reporting. This program is purely about the creation of an ‘as is’ Clone and Go environment providing JLR with replica. This program is executed by SCSL jointly with Fujitsu with a clear roles and responsibilities.

GxP applications are those, which are under the scope of audit from regulatory body like FDA.
