I am currently looking for a solid career, as well as the financial means for returning to school to improve myself and my future. I enjoyed my job at USA 800. I started as a CSR and was quickly pulled into the call Command Center and was in the process of finishing the training to become a permanent employee there. I became familiar with several computer programs including IEX-Total View, Extravaganza, and Chrono-R-Watcher. My duties included keeping the CSR’s on the phones, using the different programs to determine how busy we were and how many more calls the center could handle, handling the phone calls with the major clients, managing the attendance for 3 different call centers, sending emails to computer techs, urgent messages as well as miscellaneous messages to floor supervisors. I was terminated however because I was not able to keep up with the demanding schedule due to several terminal illnesses in the family.

My duties at The Store included greeting customers as well as helping them find items, ring them up, stock shelves, clean entire store, and take meat orders over the phone. I quit here because I found over 50 items on the shelves that were outdated, some by years. I brought this to my boss’s attention and nothing more happened. That situation disgusted me and I did not feel right working there any longer.

Pipo’s was my first job as a cashier. I also played the roll of host, and helped out in the kitchen or wherever needed and placed orders over the phone, including catering parties. It was very sad when Mr. and Mrs. Poppa decided to shut it down to pursue other opportunities.

EDUCATION:

I attended Raytown South and had many computer and business classes which is another reason this is my career goal. I excelled in every one, and I have the references for this as well. I have GREAT typing and computer skills. The next goal is attending college courses to be a productive member in the chaotic business world.
