Reporting to the CEO of national operations was involved in opening 17 new offices for the sales of one time in home closing for the home security industry. In charge of 17 telemarketing managers along with 34 T.O.’s that ran an average of 65 appointment setters while stationed in Norcross GA. With responsibilities include but not limited to training, motivation of a staff of 100+-appointment setters payroll implementing new strategy’s and product, along with constant one on ones with struggling reps.

Directed a 40-person telemarketing department including hiring, training, and managing staff,to set appointments for the windows division.
Reorganized appointment setters to properly align with sales teams improving communications and reducing time sales spent on non-sales related administrative activities.
Pacesetter corp. –Appointment setter, 6/97 – 8/97 set appointment for our factory representatives to go into a customers home with the intent of selling either windows, doors or siding. My avg. was a 1.0 a.p.h on a dialer and a .5 when we manually dialed. References available upon request.
