Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project planning & control, preparing of the work method statement, site investigation report, labour productivity schedule & procurement schedule and completing activities as per the project dead line and cost schedule.

• Involved in micro level planning of site activities including preparation of survey plans, scheduling of activities, plans for machinery and labour requirements.

• Ensuring store stock details while supporting to for variation Claim Management.

• Checking pre-qualification of sub-contractors and ensuring the subcontractor measurement periodically and reconciling the same.

• Monitoring the progress & the cycle time for different activities of work and reporting variances to the management.

• Carrying out detailed analysis for claiming non tendered items and verifying contractual terms and condition.

• Studying the conceptual drawings & check with other related drawings.

• Ensuring bar bending schedule and formwork schedule and reconciling as per approved norms.

• Discussing with consultant & client regarding site progress and providing required information to customers regarding project control & progress monitoring as per contract.

• Taking care of contract review & process control and service requirement.

• Liaising with other departments for arranging required materials and resources in time and synchronizing the activities of all departments to accomplish the project with in the time.

• Involved in budget planning while checking monthly invoice from client, cash inflow & outflow status, site- sub contractor payments and site cash budget details.

• Checks construction progress, safety & quality terms in site, next one month head advance programme for resources.

• Conducting weekly review meeting with staffs and providing monthly report to head office.
