• Performed several tasks and functions for the Integrated Thermal group. These included producing diagrams for reports as well as clerical and technical support for the engineers in the group. I helped develop and maintain the team’s SharePoint site, making it a central location for storing information and training documents. I was also the group’s Lean focal which entails attending Lean meetings, relaying relevant information to the team and making sure we were compliant with Lean and 5-S objectives. I also performed miscellaneous clerical tasks such as filing, copying and preparing conference rooms for our meetings.
