Interim Controller/Senior Financial Analyst

• Manage $30M budget and $50M fixed assets at facility.

• Realized 12% cost reduction by performing production time studies as well as consolidating and eliminating headcounts through capital projects and lean activities.

• Plan, direct, coordinate, and monitor the budget, usually through subordinate supervisory personnel.
