The system prepares the yearly and weekly maintenance schedule for all the routine jobs for each equipment. The jobs missed in the privious week’s schedule are automatically re-scheduled. Apart from the scheduled jobs, the system also takes care of un-scheduled and shutdown jobs. Costing of the jobs is another important feature of the system. The technical details of the equipments are maintained in the database which can be queried by any of the maintenance personnel. Relation between an equipment and its spare parts is also maintained to assist in maintenance planning.
