I have done calibration of control valve, bench set of control valves, setting of spriign tension, lapping of shet & plug, adjusting of stem, maintenance and Overhauling of control valve.

I have done loop checking, Pre-commissioning, continuity check etc.

I have done tubing works for Instrument like FT, PT, LT, DPT Control valve & switches.

In Commissioning Project

Can read P&ID, Isometric Drawing, Hook Up Drawing, Cable schedule drawing, have prepared as build Drawings as per site condition.

I all ready worked on DCS RS-3, Rosemount-3, having knowledge to operate RS-3.

Calibrated transmitter FT, PT, LT, TT, I/P Level troll, normal & interface types, both types of switches (P/Switch, Flow switch, D/P, Temp switch, Level switch).

I have done calibration of control valves, checking, of On/Off valves, Solenoid valves.

I have worked on control loop like-Flow control loop, pressure control loop, cascade control loop, open loop, close loop.

I have worked on ESD Logic, Digital input, digital out put, ladder logic relay logic, knowledge gate etc. installation, modification punch list, pre-commissioning, commissioning etc.

In maintenance

Having good experience in live plant GC (Gathering, Center), regarding zone classified I have worked OAT zone 1 & Zone 2.

Every day safety briefing, took box, regarding hazardous location discus on H2O Gas.

I have worked on DCS RS-3, giving command to open, close, can keep transmitter manual or auto.

I have operated control valves from DCS. Change the set point of Transmitter even switches.

I have worked on Gas turbine RTD-5000 (RUSTAN TURBINE) worked with process persons.

I have worked in Shutdown on RTD-5000. To check detector, related all transmitter calibration.

Checking of all set points of switches, fixing of all vibration axial & radial.

I have worked everyday routine check up, PM (Preventive Maintenance) job. To flush transmitter, switches etc.

Calibration of transmitter, switches, SOV valve checking, bench set of control valves, cleaning Overhauling, gresasing and lastly calibration of control valves.

I have worked on Kawasaki, Centrigul, Compressor with AP, LP and HP, worked on ANTI, SURGE control.

I have worked on CRU (Condensate Recovery Unit).

I have worked in super GC, BS booster station, Oil manifold, separator, desalter etc.

Calibrate transmitter, Switches, loop checking etc.

In Shut down

In shut down I have worked as per drawing, punch list, modification, calibration of transmitter, installation, removal all Old transmitter, Instrument stands etc.

New tubing, tray work, tubing of control valves, glanding and termination etc.

I have worked independent job.
