Key accomplishments:

• Certified Shell MIE coach, SAP PM/QM Maintenance integrity and reliability execution project, providing analysis, process coaching and training at multiple levels in the Shell UA organization. Implementation of QM module and MRS requirements

• Designed and led Granville County North Carolina School’s (GCS) management control and reporting system for the following departments: Facilities Maintenance, Information Technologies, Procurement and Transportation. Additionally, led the implementation of their new CMMS solutions

• Developed and implemented the following tools for client teams: preferred vendor procurement program, key performance indicators suit (KPI), project work streams, project timeline plans, risk registers, process mapping, benefit tracker, action and cost avoidance logs

• Led project implementation at GCS realizing $3 million of savings over a five year time period. Consulted support services staff on process optimization and wrote job descriptions for all of GCS department leads to include: Director of Operations, Procurement Manager, IT Director, Safety Manager, Transportation Manager and Facilities Manager

• Developed, implemented facility process procedures to include services and material procurement, business documentation, process mapping, staff coaching, project risk mitigation, goal setting, as well as administrative roles and responsibilities mapping.

• Developed and implemented the logistics plan for critical equipment turnaround at BPTXC, resulting in approximately 3.2 million dollars of savings (British Petroleum, Texas City, TX)

• Led T.A. Cook’s involvement in the execution phase of 30 million dollar BPTXC Ultracracker TAR, assisting BP’s execution team with proactive involvement to achieve their goals under budget and on time.

Responsible for managing facilities operations for two chemical production facilities including two administrative buildings, four production kettles, four multi tank storage areas and one chemical QA laboratory facility.
