Experience
Partnered with the Bank of America Team to manage and coordinated the delivery and execution of our respective functions leveraging Global Vendor relationships while
addressing specific regional/local requirements. Perform vendor spend analysis and identify opportunities to improve upon process efficiencies including expanded use of Procurement Cards. Administer Procurement Card Program for U.S., Canada and London. Build and leverage internal and external relationships. Build a strong and collaborative team environment.
Program Administrator / Assistant Vice President, Merrill Lynch 2004 - 2008
Point of contact for Audits, Liaison with JP Morgan Chase and Client Services. Reviewed and revised all form emails to ensure conciseness, updated Accounts Payable Service Website and provided valued feedback to update the Merrill Lynch University Procurement Card Module. Involved with the acquisition of First Republic Bank, First Franklin Bank and Home Loan Services. Key player in the Procurement Card Fax-in Solution Project. With the Fax-in Solution, images of supporting documentation will be appended to their Procurement Card statements enabling Accounts Payable Service to perform online review for compliance with ML & Co. policy. Also was involved in the implementation of the JP Morgan Chase Sterling Commercial Card Program for London.
Senior Specialist / Procurement Card Coordinator, Merrill Lynch 2000 - 2003
Administered the Procurement Card Program. Marketed use of the card for small dollar items to reduce the number of invoices processed. Ensured that communications are sent on a timely basis and educated Cardholders on proper usage and reporting of ex- penses. In light of Sept. 11th, A/P wasn’t able to cut checks and this was a great selling point to the offices/dept. to get a Procurement Card to process low dollar amounts during the crisis. Procurement Cards established within hours for disaster recovery charges. I was able to utilize my expertise during disaster recovery by helping to coordinate and review expenses for business resumption.
