Project Description Samurdhi is the main social welfare program implemented by the government and it is executed by two government organizations: Samurdhi Commissioner General’s Department (SCGD) and Samurdhi Authority of Sri Lanka (SASL). Information and Communication Technology Agency (ICTA) has been given the responsibility to enable the Samurdhi program using ICT. The proposed e-Samurdhi Project mainly focuses on improving the functions and work processes of SASL. It is a centralized solution which covers national level Samurdhi activities and Local government level Samurdhi activities.

Application is developed using struts 2.0 framework with java 1.6. It uses webservice to publish and consume services to and from external applications. For documentum Open DS DMS has been used. GUI uses JSP, XSL, JQuery and Javascript. eSamurdhi PPM uses Open symphony workflow to manage life cycle of various business entities.

Project Description This project deals with Integration work between Delphi Order Management system and Delphi OCR(Optical Code Recognition System). Cases are created in Savvion System by manually/automatically. When the case is created in Savvion, Integration daemon takes image attachment and puts in a shared folder along with a XML file, created by Integration daemon. OCR system picks the files and updates the XML and one XLS file based on the image. Integration daemon picks those file and updates the case in Savvion system and creats child cases based on XLS file.

Project Description GSCRS is global case receipt system. . It takes user/patient/doctor faced adverse event after consuming jnj drug and their partner drugs. One case is created in GSCRS system and multiple approvers approve the process to make it import into another application. We have used Bizlogic Applications to handler entire Case promotion process until it gets imported into another application using webmethod. We have used Bizlogic ejb APIs to create Process Instance, manipulate work items and Query Service to fetch work items and User management API to create/update user and groups. Recently to make Application improve performance we have migrated to Savvion 7.0 SP2 with Horizontal Clustering with ORACLE RAC. We have also successfully migrated from group to queue concept to have work items dynamic.
