Director – Global Marketing, Brand & Communications (2003 – 2008)
Provided internal advisory services for the Global Chairman's Office including marketing strategy and web development initiatives. Served as key liaison between business leadership and global IT function.
• Managed web development, promotion and measurement of global communications
• Implemented new technologies to reduce costs and advance communication initiatives
• Developed and managed marketing, promotional and advertising campaigns (internal & external)
• Conducted business process automation and technology modernization for global functional units
Significant project work in this role:
• Modernized the content management function for the Global Public Relations Group. One of the key challenges was to develop a process for communicating "mission-critical" information to mitigate reputational risk. (Finalist the 2007 annual Chairman's Award).
• Key participant in global audit re-engineering initiative that analyzed business processes and supporting technologies. Project team concluded with recommendations to the PwC Board on a new KM strategy.
• Managed the re-design and re-platforming of PwC’s World Partner Directory application. This system provides critical partner data for executing global voting, governance, compliance and directory data.
Senior Manager – Global Audit Methodology Group – Innovation Team (2001 – 2003)
Led team activities from thought leadership to product development. Managed the research, production and publication of the book: Building Public Trust (Wiley, 2002); PwC’s response to the post-Enron crisis in corporate reporting. These initiatives involved significant integration with PwC’s global audit methodology, toolsets, marketing and sales processes.

Managed thought leadership, eBusiness product development and marketing activities for ValueReporting, a global performance measurement and corporate reporting initiative.
• Managed research, analysis and content development for book: The ValueReporting Revolution, (Wiley, 2001).
• Managed PwC’s participation in the Brooking Institution's Taskforce on Intangibles that explored the need for measurement of intangible assets in the publication of the book: Unseen Wealth, (Brookings Press, 2001).
• Architected, designed and launched global website to support roll-out of products and services in 11 major markets with custom CRM workflow and lead tracking capabilities.
