* Analyzed Weld joint leakages in 100 pcs of Intercoolers.

* Experimented different processes of welding, welding temperature, cleaning powders under Design of Experiment (DOE).

* Got reduction of 10-15 % in weld leakages.

ACADEMIC PROJECTS:

Design/Manufacturability

Redesigned the Lawn Mower by reducing 40 parts count by using snap fit

Function. We optimized Cost and Efficiency of $50 and 40% respectively with use of existing manufacturing technique of Gantt chart by surveying Market Analysis, Customer Requirements and considering Safety aspects by FMEA and Stress Analysis.

We considered Dell laptop manufacturing system and did simulation of the model and remodeling by using Simulink and Arena software, Including project management and organizational design.

Design/Production System

We had to do some changes to make a three stage assembly line to two stage assembly lines by using Arena Simulink software and we had to make system with maximum output.

LEADERSHIP Volunteered and coordinated technical festival of state level events at Gujarat University.
