Background:
Weatherford International Ltd. (NYSE: WFT) is the world’s fourth largest diversified upstream Oilfield Service Company. Weatherford Corporate history began in 1941 and today touts $6.1 billion in annual revenues.
The client was using legacy systems (and at some places manual processes) for their HR operations. This led to lot of inefficiencies in the system and they engaged us to do a HR process study and give an implementation road map. Further to this the client has selected us for carrying out this implementation across 100+ countries.
Responsibilities:
• End to end implementation for Core HR, ESS/MSS, e-Performance, custom Payroll Interface, e-Vacation for client.
• System gap analysis of PeopleSoft application with the global business model of the client including Multi-Lingual implementation.
• Business analysis and solution design for Workforce management, Self Service & Base Benefits.
• Performed project management activities involving project scheduling, global team coordination, client interfacing, team management, resource planning and allocation.

LaPoste is the postal service covering the whole of France. They have implemented CRM 8.9 Support module to support the problems of both their internal employees and also their customers.
This required heavy customizations on various components.
Extensive work was required on the 360 Degree page to handle a lot of issues, which the vanilla could not achieve. This inturn required good knowledge in Adpaters, Application Package, BO Search etc. It also included creating a new Display Template, and using it in a new customized component. Also worked with workflows using AAF.

Virgin Mobile Shanghai (VMS) will offer pre paid telecom products in Shanghai in partnership with China Unicom.The main purpose of this project is launching a solution that can support all VMS CRM business process, integrating VMS and China Unicom systems.
Responsibility includes developing message-based interfaces between PS CRM and Unicom Pre-Pay systems via transaction server (a java based system) using Integration Broker.
Also include customization of the vanilla PeoplseSoft CRM 8.9 to suit the VMS needs. Customization includes modifying online pages, components using PeopleCode, extensive changes on Application Packages etc.

Description
JPMC had implemented Client Service Exchange - CSX to provide quality service to customers of the Treasury and Security Services (T&SS) department. Client Service Exchange (CSX) was designed to achieve insight into client enquiries across many different dimensions such as client, by product type. It also aimed at providing a consistent service experience to customers across Line of Business and there by improve customer satisfaction. The backbone of this application is three major interfaces that feed Customer, Product and Worker data on a daily basis. Being the single source for Customer Inquiries, this application is critical for JPMC's Treasury and Security Services division.
Client Service Exchange at J.P. Morgan Chase was implemented using Support module of PeopleSoft CRM 8.8 and the PeopleTools used for this project is PeopleTools 8.45. The application is hosted on Oracle 9i.
Contribution to Project
As a core developer, my contribution to this project is as follows:
Developed an online call center’s user tool to clone the contacts of an existing customer to a new customer using application engine.
Developed a new interface to reassign the cases from the Worklist page using Component Interface and Application Engine.
Introduced concept of Case Level in Provider Groups for Client and developed it for the current system.
Designed the homepage for the Client Service (CSX) Exchange system.
Tuned the performance of the Worker AE which loads all the worker data details in PeopleSoft system from external systems.
Developed an Application Engine program to flatten the Customer hierarchy.
Tuned the performance of the current CSX system in many areas. E.g. Worklist, Case Page etc.
Re-Engineered Case Search by implementing the concept of flattened table and new views to bring about approx. 60% improvement.
Provided many patches for the existing system bugs.
