Over 24 years experience with all framing work from foundation to roof with proven Leadership abilities for 21+ years. Hundreds of homes erected in RI, CONN, MA and NH. Many homes and apartment complexes erected with Stabile. Built 19th Century Award Winning Home (Olde Smith Farm) in Lexington, MA, that was pictured in The Boston Globe. Carpenter of the Year during Vocational Training and 4th Place in State Certification. While with the Hanover Company I played a major roll in the construction and delivery of 250 luxury apartments in Foxborough, Mass. The site was delivered 3 months before schedule

and well under budget.

WORK HISTORY

The Hanover Company - Foxboro MA 2008- 2009

Assistant Superintendent

Responsibilities included overseeing of all construction of buildings and assisting Superintendent

with all other site issues. Worked with all sub-contractors to assure that safety, quality and budgets were being met to schedule.

Abbott Construction - Boston MA 2007-2008

Site Superintendent

Responsibilities including scheduling and maintaining budgets for homes under construction. Customer service and warranty issues point of contact.

Stabile Companies - Nashua, NH 2001-2007

Framing Supervisor/ assistant site supervisor

Responsibilities including but not limited to payroll, administrative, budgets, scheduling, interviewing, safety according to OSHA regulations, supervision of 20+ workers, assisting Project managers and Site supervisors and all daily activities. Lull Certified. First Aid Certified.

Positions held are framer, framing foreman, and after 7 months of employment was appointed to Framing Supervisor. also site superviser when needed.

Green Hill Builders - North Kingston, RI 1995-2001

Lead person responsible for framing many single family homes, decks and siding.

Duties including President of Safety Committee for 6 years, all daily operations of knitting room materials from pre- to post- fabric. Forklift Certified and Instructor.
